  • What is a Value Stream Map?
  • A graphic map of steps that occur to respond to a
    specific request for a product or service.
  • Illustrates sets of activities currently required
    to provide that service or product.
  • Gives a big picture of the delivery of a service
  • Allows us to see the connections
  • It visually demonstrates the complexity of
    systems as they exist and allows us to discover
    and experiment with options to simplify the
    system
