How to Acquire Property
  • Property that is marked 199.99 and below can be
    transferred for FREE (excluding vehicles and
    airport property).
  • Property marked 200 and above can be transferred
    for half price (excluding vehicles and airport
    property).
  • We receive property from state agencies and the
    City of Austin good selection!

How to Dispose of Property
  • Items that cost more than 5,000 when they were
    first acquired by the state must FIRST be posted
    on the Comptrollers website.
  • Only qualified entities eligible to obtain the
    property at this time.
  • View items on www.texasahead.org

  • After the ten-day posting, code items as 6B and
    they will come to the Bolm Road warehouse for
    disposal.
