    alone, unless project partners bring specific

    instruments

    have multiple responsibilities

  • 3 9 months normally elapse between receiving a
    positive evaluation and signing the contract

    Scientific Officer to improve flexibility

    project, even if its difficult to predict
  • Spend time discussing and clarifying objectives
  • Discuss why each partner has joined the project,
    and what it means to them
  • Discuss what each partner can bring, and hopes to
    take away from the project
  • Tip! Have a Consortium Agreement (non-obligatory
    but advisable)

  • Employees on full-time salaries are not paid any
    extra salary, but can employ people full / part
    time.

  • Budget pays for all costs including all salaries,
    but only 50 of the total costs. Remainder must
    be guaranteed by institution or grants
