• Main problem
• absence specialty Occupation Therapy in the
  list of professions
• Organization problems absence of technical
  equipment, rooms, etc.
• No working standards practical skills,
  functional duties, working time , number of
  patients on 1 OT.
• Absence of united terminology. No equivalents in
  Russia.

• English language language barrier. All lessons
  and literature is in English.
• E-mail (students study computer and OT program)
• Difficult to combine education in OT , work ,
  home, family. ( 90 students are working
  physicians)
• Different educational systms.
• Long lectures course in Sweden. More practice
  in Russia.
• It was difficult understood what is OT and what
  OTs do up to the end of the program.

• Different cultures. Different approaches.
• Difficult to change doctors mind to combine
  traditional knowledge in medicine and new
  occupational therapy approaches ( to do with
  instead of patient, account his goals, aims,
  abilities, recourses).
• Patients conditions environment instead of
  medical diagnosis.
