  he has had over 30yrs experience at senior
  management level in the manufacturing industry.
• Through EAEI Ltd he has acted as a private equity
  consultant, generally taking stakes and acting as
  chairman.

  manufacturing industry.
• He started his career at Vickers plc as a
  commercial manager. Since then he has been the
  CEO of manufacturing businesses, often being
  bought in as a turnaround specialist, most recent
  ventures include
• Evans Universal Ltd (Managing Director) -
  turnaround assignment - sold to trade buyer at a
  premium to net assets - 1998
• Eurofiltec Group (Managing Director) - initially
  as turnaround assignment for- acquired business
  with Bill Eastwood in 2000, sold Aug 2004.
