NIDAs Behavioral Therapies Development Program
  • Supports the development, refinement, and testing
    of behavioral treatments, and combined behavioral
    and pharmacologic treatments, in both research
    and community settings.

What is Behavioral Treatment?
  • Behavioral treatment includes various forms of
    counseling, psychotherapy, family therapy,
    cognitive therapy, relapse prevention, and other
    behavioral therapies.
