  • Also known as Certification of Compulsory School
    Attendance
  • Sign up in the guidance office
  • Allow 24 hours
  • Check for grades and attendance
  • Must pass 2 of 4 subjects in the last grade term
  • Must have acceptable attendance according to
    state guidelines
  • No permit forms will be given during the summer

    walk-in basis. You must call and make an
    appointment at the TN license testing center _at_
