committees members they are regularly exposed to
the global challenges, involved into decision
making processes, projects.

Lithuanian NGOs are going to implement EC

- to create working structure for mutual
information and experience exchange, - to share information, human recourses,
- to learn to represent the value of the very
specific social diplomacy activities carried out
abroad at national and EU level.
