    Regional Partnership with its enhancement of its

    for all ACP chapters
  • Continues to visit other organizations to build
    awareness of ACP NI, including AITP, ASIS, ATAP,
    and InfraGard

    (October 11th) and stand-up and say a few words
    for themselves.
  • A SurveyMonkey form will be sent out to the
    membership for voting.
  • Votes will be counted and the membership will be
    informed at the Holiday Luncheon of the new
    Officers and Directors.

SecretaryRoles-and-Responsibilities
  • Responsible for recording all Chapter activities
    and maintaining all Chapter records.
  • Attend and record minutes of all Chapter
    Executive Committee, board meetings and chapter
    meetings.
  • Coordinate and provide notice of all monthly
    meetings of the Chapter membership and the
    Chapter Executive Committee.
  • Maintain, in current status, the Articles of
    Association (with ACP corporate and the local
    jurisdiction, all amendments and policies as
    determined by Chapter membership.
  • In the absence of the Chapter President,
    Secretary will have full exercise of all rights
    and powers for the President.

Program DirectorRoles-and-Responsibilities
  • Shall be responsible for the Chapter and
    bi-monthly program format (other than the
    business portion) of the regular Chapter
    meetings.
  • Responsible for arranging meeting facilities.
  • Shall be responsible for the arrangement of
    themes, speakers, panels, and topics to be
    presented at these meetings, and to arrange for
    payment of any costs involved through the
    Chapters Executive Committee.
