Product Sale Manager Job Description to your
Service Unit Fall Product Sale Activity Manager
before the sale begins. You will not be given
access to the web site until it is received. The
Troop Instructions are your reference throughout
the sale.

Family Information
Give each family a copy of the Dear Girl Scout
Family sheet. Instructions and dates are on
this sheet. Incentives are on the order
card. Each girl must be a currently registered
Girl Scout and turn in a completed permission
form to the troop before she may participate in
the sale activity.

Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors ONLY
  • Girl will receive any earned patches with the
    exception of the Super Seller patch which is part
    of the cumulative incentive for selling 100 items
    and the Goal Achiever Patch which is part of the
    Troop Average incentive.
  • Vote must be unanimous and signed forms turned in
    with initial paperwork
  • Troop Fall Product Sale Activity Manager must
    click on without incentives from the drop box
    to the right of Proceeds Plan when checking or
    entering your troop information on the web site

Girls may vote to opt out of receiving
cumulative incentives Troop will receive an
additional .05 per item sold

Good news! Replacing the initial and final order
forms are the T-2 and T-2 Incentives reports!!
Simply check and verify the information, print 2
copies of each to turn in with your paperwork due
by October 16 to your Service Unit Fall Product
Activity Manager or the date they give you, and
sign to verify information. You will again
verify, print, and sign the T-2 for your final
paperwork due by Dec. 7. Now how easy is that?!
