  • Central Dedicated Server - Database, Application,

    HMIS requirements.

  • Network the Directorate, DMO offices and link to
    the central server.
  • Data entry DMO level in the initial phase and
    PHCs in the next phase.
  • Optimise Data Entry for reducing workload of
    Health workers
  • Include all non-governmental health care
    institutions also in the reporting process later
    stage.
  • Provide feedback to the reporting institutions,
    so that they are motivated.
  • Provide spatial analysis capability through GIS
    integration.
  • Develop/Identify Drug Distribution Management
    Application (DDMS)
  • Integration of all existing computerization
    programmes.
