WFO Process

• Request received by CSAS, POC, Email, or
  telephone
• Information Package sent to requestor (or through
  website)
• Requestor completes SOW and returns w/in 7 days
• SAIC-Frederick, Inc. returns a preliminary cost
  estimate to requestor
• Requestor accepts w/in 30 days
• Request receives NCI approval
• Requestor is notified 14 days from
  acknowledgement

WFO Process

• WFO Agreement sent to requestor
• Requestor signs and returns w/in 14 days with any
  advance payments required
• Work commences and completed
• Requestor is invoiced
• QA Customer Satisfaction Survey returned to
  SAIC-Frederick, Inc. with payment
