From an interdisciplinary perspective, this
paper aims at analyzing the process and the
strategic importance of the creativity within
the concept of applied communication. Based on
a comparative type of reflection, the research
deals with the thorough study in the field of
the New Communication The Transactional
Analysis and NeuroLinguistic Programming.
4
The recent studies of Applied Communication
reveal the importance of creativity within the
inter-subjective communication in general, and
within the applied communication, in particular.
Psychoanalysis and, more recently, AT and NLP
have proved the importance of the sensitive
channels in the process of communication.
5
This unique feature of every human interaction
depends every time on our social and cultural
filters, on our inborn psychological and
physiological scales and on our own typical
manner to integrate our present or repressed
emotions, our social/cultural affiliation.

6
According to The Invisible College researchers,
between all elements and avatars of creative
transformations of human communication relations,
perhaps the most interesting is that when the
participants install, counscious or not, common
rules for message creation and understanding.
7
Neurolinguistic programming is the art of
molding it consists of decoding and
creation of processes which enable us to
reach the ensamble of objectives we set
ourselves and to succed in our targets.
The reproduced processes are of our own
choosing, in what concerns both creativity
and imitation. The thought trend
symbolized by The Palo Alto School is
characterised by the approach of the
interactive and systemic aspect of
communication within the same cognitive
direction, the founders of NLP embrace the
philosophy of as if. The famous quote from
Bandler We only teach you lies. But make
them true and you will see they work only
paraphrases an ancient oriental wisdom
If you want to be happy, act as if you already
are !
8
NLP PREMISES _ The best specialists in
communication are not the experts of any school
but the human beings themselves unconsciously
applying the natural, fundamental methods of
communication, the ones we invent, we
personally create every time we communicate with
others. _ Any human achievement in either
creation, profession or our everyday lives, is
the outcome of respecting and executing of
internalized programes which we can decode,
reproduce and adapt to our personalities
according to our objectives.
9
  • NLP Principles
  • We cannot not communicate
  • The map is not the teritory
  • There is no failure, only
  • feedbak
  • Transactional Analysis as well offers a complete
theory of personality, of social dinamics and of
    inter- and extrasubjective communication. The
stages of Self (Adult, Parent, Child) are defined
as coherent systems of emotions and feelings tied
to a well determined subject which operates
externally as a homogenous structure of types of
behaviour, where creativity belongs to the stage
of Free Child, defining it entirely.

Introduced by E. Berne in 1975 in Games people
play, the ambivalent term of stroke or
psychological calorie is defined as an
undividable unit of transaction, it implies any
verbal or non-verbal act that involves the
recognition of the other. As G. Bateson, Berne
sustains that an anodine conversation is
preferable to the absence of any interaction
What interests the speaker is actually the act
of communicating with another human being even
with people we barely know we rather entertain a
common conversation than none at all.
11
An exchange of strokes constitutes a
transaction, as a minimal unit of social
interaction. R. Lassus resumes this theory of E.
Berne in a simple, apparently shocking phrase
It is preferable to receive even negative
stimuli (insults, hits), than no stimuli at all,
comparing the individual psychological need of
stimuli to what A. Maslow names the need for
social recognition, placing it on the third
floor of the pyramid of human needs, after the
basic needs but equal to creativity.
