The Kings PrepareThey mounted their camels and
set off on their journey as they followed the
star.

Mary and Joseph Prepare

• Everyone in the village of Nazareth was busy
• preparing for the long journey to Bethlehem.
• Mary and Joseph were preparing too.

• Mary, we will bring the donkey with us, so that
  you wont have to walk all the way, said
  Joseph. We can put our bags on the donkeys back
  also, said Mary.

• Mary and Joseph set off on their long journey.

• Look! There is Bethlehem, said Joseph. We
• must write our names in the book and then
• look for a place to stay.

• I hope we can find someplace to stay, because
• there are a lot of people in the city tonight,
• said Mary.

• Joseph and Mary knocked on the door of every
• inn but they were all full.
