Gerrymandering
  • Definition Strategically grouping voters to
    affect a political end.
  • Bizzare shape is evidence for a gerrymander,
    but a beautiful district is not evidence for a
    lack of intent to gerrymander.
  • Any map helps someone or some group at anothers
    expense
