• The Corrective Action Review Board is a standing
  committee that is responsible for
• Corrective Action Development (Issue Review,
  Analysis/Cause, Action, Assignment, and
  Timeliness)
• Change Control (Action, and Extension
  Reviews/Approval)
• Effectiveness Review (Process and Results
  Approval)

• Issues Identified in the Issues Management and
  Self-assessment Programs
• Office of Independent Oversight (OIO) Inspections
  in 2004 2006
• SRS Type I Assessment (2007)
• SRS Facility Evaluation Board (FEB 2008)

  issues management and self-assessment processes

• Started by conducting monthly meeting

• Charter is based on the SRS Corrective Action
  Program
• Actions are dependent on the significance
  category of the issue focus is on Category 1
  and 2 issues, but can address categories 3 and 4
  as needed
