letter no E(LR)69-AS 1-6 dt 10-1971 Subject to
condition that no outsider should be allowed to
be an office bearer of the governing body of the
federation representatives of the General body
are from class-II officers on Railways

  -example-Eligibility of Adhoc JAG , charge
  allowance for which FROA is also interested
• President/Secretary General Posts
• To get undue advantages
• To avail /misuse funds by way of AIR
  Travel,cocktail parties, costlier electronic
  gadgets in name of IRPOF

• To establish dictatorship in IRPOF
• To retain chair by any mean
• To misuse IRPOF funds in own interest
• Suppress the voice of aggrieved Group B class
