• There are different kinds of gifts, but the same
  Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but
  the same Lord. There are different kinds of
  working, but the same God works all of them in
  all men. Now to each one the manifestation of the
  Spirit is given for the common good. 1 Co
  124-7 (NIV)

• Each of you has been blessed with one of God's
  many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of

• We have been given a trust
• We are expected to know what we have
• We are expected to invest
• We are expected to study the return of
  investment

Managing is serious!

• God amazingly trusts us with gifts
• Jesus died so we can have every full blessing
  as disciples
• Gifts are unique and special
• Sometimes we need others to discover and develop
  our gifts
• Gifts can perish if not used (nabubulok!)
