What do MSc(LIM) students say?
  • MScLIM is a combined theory and practical
course. It enhanced my knowledge and skills in
library science and broadened my horizons on
understanding the role of information management
in the education sector. The information I
acquired in the course is not just buzzwords and
jargon. It provided professional training and
assisted me to successfully shift my career
development from a web producer in local media to
an instructional designer in the global corporate
    training sector. I obtained understanding,
reflection and inspiration from MScLIM to learn
how to identify and satisfy users needs,
maximize the benefit of information and
communication technology, and understand the best
practices of knowledge management. I have become
confident in incorporating the innovative ideas
into my workplace to produce effective e-learning
programmes and willing to take the challenge to
    explore mobile and social learning.
