  Emirati men and women across the United Arab
  Emirates
• Emiratis make up only 17 of the population
  yet over 19650 academic credentials have been
  issued to over 14400 graduates

  particular programs and course offerings to the

• Attendance at the HCT is free for Nationals

  and the majority of students are taught in their
  native language Arabic at both Primary and
  Secondary school, students are required to
  undertake an intensive English course in their
  first year
