- 13 URA seminars developed in conjunction with the
FHWA held from Feb March across the USA (will
provide copy of manual) - Special Task Force updating all IRWA courses due
to URA changes - Retained Adult learning consultant to make
recommendations on revamping of courses with goal
to revise all existing courses - Educational Strategic Summit planned in 2005
- 200,000 Funding Grant approved
