  • FOCUS ON PROGRAMME REPORTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
    EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
  • On an annual basis, UCD must report its
programme offerings to the Department of
Education and Science. Academic Secretariat is
responsible for communicating this information to
the Department. While the introduction of
full-time or part-time options for existing
programmes, or changes in the mode of delivery,
do not need University Board approval, all such
changes must be communicated to Academic
Secretariat to ensure the accuracy of this report
(it is important to note that this report
informs decisions around student visas). This
information is normally communicated by the
College Liaisons in the Curriculum Team to
    Academic Secretariat.
  • WHO CAN MAKE MY CHANGES ON THE SYSTEM?
  • College Liaisons
  • These changes may be made via the Curriculum
Management System, and in consultation with the
relevant College Liaison in the Curriculum Team
    within Administrative Services. Contact
information for the College Liaisons can be found
    at the link below.
