Incident While racking BOPs, the driller tried
to catch the winch line which was lowered
through Rotary table to the cellar. In the
process, he lost his balance and slipped in to
the cellar between Wellhead flange and cellar
pit, resting himself on the wellhead flange,
causing fracture to his hip bone. Failure
