For Discussion
  1. Read John 41-26. As He entered into dialogue
with the woman from Samaria, how did Jesus take
into account her background? What can we learn
from Jesus example when it comes to how we are
to relate to those from other cultures?
  2. Describe your cultural background. What impact
has your cultural background had on your faith in
    Christ, both positively and negatively?
Describe. Where and how have you encountered
Christ in a culture other than your own?
  3. What is the socio economic and cultural make-up
of your parish? How does that impact how you
deliver the Gospel and how people receive the
    Gospel?
