AIR FORCE JROTC OPTIONAL SUMMER PROGRAMS

• Summer Leadership School (SLS)
• Unit-hosted camps typically held for 1 week
  during summer They are not boot camp --They are
  a reward!
• Teach team building and instill self-confidence
• Locally-determined focus drill, STEM,
  leadership and more
• Your unit may attend an SLS hosted by another
  unit with school permission
• Partially/Totally funded by Air Force
• Other Service JROTC/Civil Air Patrol Camps
• Top cadets may compete to attend other STEM and
  leadership camps

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Each student will participate in a scheduling day
  tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21st.
• Bring your scheduling sheet with you tomorrow.
• Please get your teacher to sign off on your
  scheduling sheet during each class.
• Students will return to homeroom at the end of
  the day and turn in scheduling sheets.
• These sheets will be returned to students on
  Wednesday, January 22nd.
• Once they are returned to you, students will be
  able to schedule courses online at home.
• Directions to schedule online at home will be
  provided when you receive your scheduling sheet
  on Wednesday.
• You are able to schedule online at home from
  Wednesday, January 22nd January 26th.
• Counselors will begin seeing students
  individually to review schedule on Monday,
  January 27th.
