  students working on active research projects
• 5 hours initial
• 3 hours renewal
• Masters students (including online and
  certificate students)
• In coursework

• Students graduate academic advisor at annual
  evaluation
• Principal Investigator
• Contracts and Grants/Graduate School
• Granting agencies (currently just NSF NIH)

• Authorship/Data management
• Conflict of Interest (COI)
• Other topics pertinent to the research project
  (as determined by the PI) or the students
  academic program (as determined by the advisor)
• MA topics TBD by departments over next 6 months
