• The years after 1970s is called as Information
  Age
• We (as students and instructors) all need for
  information at different times for different
  purposes (like assignments, research papers,

• Developments in the technology resulted with the
  todays modern computer. It is emphasized that
  the basic principle that started the idea of
  computers is counting.
• The first counting device is known as abacus.
  Early counting machines were mechanical and do
  not have any technology. Even wood were used in
  the old abacus before metal part usage.
