• Ex. Food we eat

• Holidays we celebrate
• Religious practices

• A. Values- things people believe are most
  important in life. (Many peoples values are
  shaped by their religious beliefs).

  around them
• VIII. Information about India
• It was ruled by Great Britain for almost one
  hundred years. It was colonized in 1858.
• It is now a representative democracy. People are
  elected to run the government.
• Most people in India are Hindus. Hinduism is a
  religion.
