Muscle Injuries

• 1. Strain- is the tearing or stretching of
  muscle fibers when they are suddenly pulled apart
  too far.

• 1. Apply an ice pack to the affected area.

• It is an uncontrolled and prolonged contraction

Treatment for Muscular Dystrophy

• There is no known cure for muscular dystrophy.
  However, they should not be allowed to get
  overweight because this will make their condition
  worse. They should be active.
