HAVE A WAY to think about the problem and to
attempt TO SOLVE it.

FIRST, IT HELPS TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING

• Try hard to understand why you feel the way you
  do
• And, try to understand the other persons point
  of view

• Before the problem solving can begin, the people
  in the conflict have to agree to work it out
• really try to work it out.
• Then they can begin the steps

  blame on someone

You want to DE-escalate the conflict, not
escalate it!
