- A start up company registered in Hong Kong
- At least 2 full-time staff, one of whom is a
shareholder with not less than 20 share and is
an engineer of the related discipline - The company should have a dedicated and
technically competence management team

innovation technology industry - Conduct most of RD activities at the Incubation
Centre. - It cannot operate only a sales marketing office
or retail outlet at the Incubation Centre
