    just the fat loss thats beneficial. Strength
    training can also be helpful in building muscle.

  • HIIT is a training technique where you give
    all-out, 100 effort through rapid, intense
    bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes
    active, recovery periods. This type of training
    gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more
    fat in less time.

  • A balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it
