  government.It is required that people must be

  population files to be transfered to computer
  platform is completed at 1997.

  computer platform on 20 october 2000.
• 3- IDENTITY SHARE SYSTEM To supply they can
  reach MERNIS Database which public assocations
  and assocations who give public service.

• First census has been done in England in 1801.
• First census of Ottoman Empire has been done in
  1830 with administration's effort on benefit of
  modern methods.

  decleration of republic in our country. First
  census has been done in 1927 and the second in
  1935 and this census have been repeated every
  five year until 1990 . One more census has been
  done in 30 november 1997 for only country
  requirement. With this census, it has been wanted
  that number of men in country is designated.The
  last census has been performed in 2000.

  directorships (Form C) if there is a change, they
  inform it.

  Informations belong Identity Share System..

• WHICH APPLIED FOR SERVICE
• Establishment should inform address change
  information in 10 day which is done to
  themselves.
• Establishments which can access Identity Share
  System fill Address Declaration Form in
  electronic platform.
• Ministry authorized to ask for all types of
  information from establishment, Establishments
  has to give respond in 20 day to this request .
• if an Address is not found in register, it is not
  cause of don't given service.
• Establishments don't use own information except
  services of designated in law.

• Criminal Judgements
• Village and Quarter Mukhtars who give false
  address document with Person who gives misstate
  and person who make witness this person will be
  punished from 6 months until 4 years.
• Person who don't fulfill address declaration
  obligation will be punished 250 YTL, also person
  who make false statement will be punished 500 YTL.

SMART CARD SYSTEM

• Our establishment is implementing an important
  else reform that expected many years. Smart Card
  Project that unite Health Card, Identity Card and
  driving licence is now pilot application phase..

• Cards which prepared by TUBITAK will be offered
  service in Bolu firstly. Initially Their Smart
  Cards will be distributed to 10.000 people in
  city centre. Health service of this people will
  be executed on Smart Card.

• 300.000 person will be taken service on Smart
  Card in the City in 18 months. Become widespread
  of Smart Card in all Turkey will be in 2009.
