Palliative care refers to the services offered by specialists for people who have been suffering from a terminal illness or long-term illness. Some older people use to spend their last phase of life in a long-term care facility, or a nursing home. Hence, even hospice palliative care is provided by Access Healthcare.
The team of professionals at Generation Care consists of Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Therapists, Counselors and Social Workers.
