    have text files that contain texts that you would
    like your students to model their writing on.
  • Wordlists create and manage wordlists for your
    students that include the words and phrases they
    confuse or use incorrectly.
  • Tests generate multiple-choice tests for your
    students. You can save these tests and send them
    to individual students (e.g., as email
    attachments).

  • WordPilot ships with a number of wordlists. It is
    easy to create your own wordlists or to modify
    the available wordlists. Note that a wordlist may
    contain any number of words or phrases. WordPilot
    allows you to systematically study the vocabulary
    in any wordlist. You can do all of the following
  • ?see contexts for any word or phrase or
    combination of words or phrases,
  • ?add words or phrases to the list,
  • ?import a file of words to a list,
  • ?copy or move words from one list to another, and
  • ?annotate a word by double-clicking on it,
  • ?indicate that a word has been learned by
    clicking in the box to the left of the word,
  • ?toggle between
  • ?the list of words and phrases and
  • ?a screen with frequency information about the
    words
