OBJECTIVE to describe the main characteristics
of the environmental movement in Argentina,
specifically related to Global Climate Change Is
sues in post-Kyoto Era, conforming the Buen Ayre
Forum (FBA) to analyse the links among NGOs, nati
onal government and public policy
