Building Bridges

• Tuesday 13th March the whole of year 8 were given
  the opportunity to design and build bridges in an
  initiative sponsored by the Smallpiece Trust
• On Friday 16th March the two best groups competed
  in a London final at the Institute of Marine
  Engineering, Science Technology in the City of
  London

The Big Bug Day

• Lee Gibbs performance Entomology came to
  J.K.G.T.C on 21st March and did a presentation on
  bugs
• SCIENCE needs to be fun, the big bug show
  brings the fun back into J.K.G.T.C
