• Type of services (fast food, mid-class, full
  service, catering, or etc).

• From the several analysis techniques available to
  us we will use those which apply best to our
  case.
• Of course it must be understood that in we are
  making assumptions and creating a specific
  scenario which cannot be applied to all
  restaurant vs. car rental cases, but the analysis
  method is what is beneficial.
