Started in the year 2000-2001 by Saayarbai
Educational and Charitable Trust

• With Three branches (ECE,EEE,CSE) intake of 180
  students.
• Raised to total number of 800 students with four
  branches (ECE,EEE,CSE IT).
• Two batches of students have gone out with
  Gainful Employment and some of them are pursuing
  higher studies.

Infrastructure development in the year 2005-06

• 1,00,000 sq.ft. area building to accommodate
  future development.
• Internet Bandwidth 512 Kbps.
• Wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity between buildings.
• Labs are equipped with IBM machines and Routers,
  Switches, Modem.
• Modernization of Engineering workshop (9000
  Sq.ft).

INDUSTRY - INSTITUTE INTERACTION

• MOU with IBM to conduct advanced courses DB2 and
  Web sphere.
• MSDN Academic Alliance With Microsoft

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT

• Four faculties are pursuing Ph.D (Research
  Programme)
• 45 of the faculties are PG Degree holders.
• 35 of faculties are pursuing PG courses.
• Faculty Training program in Teaching methodology
  (short term courses)-Sponsored by Management .
• Nine Faculty members achieved 100 result in May
  and November 2005 Semester Exam.

• Association of Computer Science and Information
  Technology conducted the National Level Technical
  Symposium called TECH 06 On 13th April 2006.
• Association of Electronics and Communication
  Engineering conducted the National level
  Technical Symposium called ELECTHONES 06 On
  10th April 2006.

  engineering conducted the National Level
  Technical Symposium called Fossick06 On 25th
  March 06.
• Association of Science and Humanities conducted
  the National Level Technical Symposium called
  EXOT06 on 17th April 2006.

CO - CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

• NSS-NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME and
• YRC-YOUTH RED CROSS ACTIVITIES
• Singhvi Charitable Trust and Ganadipathy Tulsis
  Engineering College have jointly Conducted a free
  Eye and Dental camp at Ganadipathy Tulsis Jain
  Engineering College on 19.2.06.
• More than 750 People benefited from the Camp.

• AIDS awareness program was conducted.
• Anti suicide Awareness program was conducted.

  Electronics Engineers) Students Chapter.

• Have 16,000 volumes of Technical, Science
  Management - Text and Reference books.
• 35 International Technical Journals.
• 37 Indian Journals.
• Joined INDEST-AICTE Consortium for Subscription
  of Online Journals/ Digital Library.

PLACEMENT ACTIVITIES

• 15 students were selected for various Top IT
  Companies like CTS, INFOSYS, Wipro, Caritor and
  SATYAM.

CULTURAL

• Communal Harmony Week observed by the District
  Administration during 19th to 25th November-2005
  and Vellore District Collector Distributed the
  Ist Price for Essay Writing, Debate, Painting to
  our Students V. Saranya Ist CSE, Paul Jayander
  Ist IT, V. Lokesh Ist EEE .

SPORTS

• Our college student E.Ramesh IIIrd ECE had Won
  the Gold Medal for Declathan and Silver Medal for
  High Jump in Zonal Level Competition Organized by
  Anna University.
• Our College Chess Team had Won the IInd Price in
  Zonal Level Competition Organized by Anna
  University.
