Ecclesiastes 10
1 Dead flies putrefy the perfumer's ointment,
And cause it to give off a foul odor So does a
little folly to one respected for wisdom and
honor. 2 A wise man's heart is at his right
hand, But a fool's heart at his left. 3 Even
when a fool walks along the way, He lacks wisdom,
And he shows everyone that he is a fool.

Ecclesiastes 2
1 I said in my heart, "Come now, I will test you
with mirth therefore enjoy pleasure" but
surely, this also was vanity. 2 I said of
laughter "Madness!" and of mirth, "What does it
accomplish?"
6
Titus 2
11 For the grace of God that brings salvation
has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that,
denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should
live soberly, righteously, and godly in the
present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and
glorious appearing of our great God and Savior
Jesus Christ,
7
Matthew 18
6 "But whoever causes one of these little ones
who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for
him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and
he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 "Woe
to the world because of offenses! For offenses
must come, but woe to that man by whom the
offense comes!
8
Hebrews 12
1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by
so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside
every weight, and the sin which so easily
ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the
race that is set before us, 2 looking unto
Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who
for the joy that was set before Him endured the
cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at
the right hand of the throne of God.

Ecclesiastes 2
3 I searched in my heart how to gratify my flesh
with wine, while guiding my heart with wisdom,
and how to lay hold on folly, till I might see
what was good for the sons of men to do under
heaven all the days of their lives.

Ecclesiastes 2
4 I made my works great, I built myself houses,
and planted myself vineyards. 5 I made myself
gardens and orchards, and I planted all kinds of
fruit trees in them. 6 I made myself water pools
from which to water the growing trees of the
grove.

Ecclesiastes 2
7 I acquired male and female servants, and had
servants born in my house. Yes, I had greater
possessions of herds and flocks than all who were
in Jerusalem before me. 8 I also gathered for
myself silver and gold and the special treasures
of kings and of the provinces. I acquired male
and female singers, the delights of the sons of
men, and musical instruments of all kinds.
15
Stuff, stuff, stack it on up. Stuff, never gonna
ever get enough stuff. Oh, oh, its treasure til
its mine,
then it aint worth a dime. Its stuff, spreading
like weeds. Dragging me under in an endless sea
of stuff. Stuff there aint no end. Got to get a
bigger place so I can move in More stuff

Ecclesiastes 4
13 Better a poor and wise youth Than an old and
foolish king who will be admonished no more. 14
For he comes out of prison to be king, Although
he was born poor in his kingdom. 15 I saw all
the living who walk under the sun They were with
the second youth who stands in his place. 16
There was no end of all the people over whom he
was made king Yet those who come afterward will
not rejoice in him. Surely this also is vanity
and grasping for the wind.
18
Matthew 5
27 "You have heard that it was said to those of
old, 'You shall not commit adultery.' 28 "But I
say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust
for her has already committed adultery with her
in his heart.
19
Matthew 18
6 "But whoever causes one of these little ones
who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for
him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and
he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 "Woe
to the world because of offenses! For offenses
must come, but woe to that man by whom the
offense comes!

clouds do not return after the rain
