- The purpose of the tender
- To ensure improved communications facilities for
emergency authorities in situations involving
emergencies and crises. - To ensure improved communications facilities for
a number of commercial users such as transport
companies, haulage firms and taxi companies. - To consider the greatest possible number of the
various user interests attaching to the
utilisation of the TETRA technology.

- 1 nation-wide license for a network with mixed
traffic (emergency traffic commercial traffic) - Frequency band 410 - 430 MHz
- 1 nation-wide license for network with commercial
