• Emphasize that player/parent conduct is a very
  hot topic with state and national organizations
  and that everyone must educate themselves about
  acceptable behavior and conduct.  We all face
  fines, penalties, etc. if we do not behave
  properly.
• Volunteerism...serve on boards, committees, help
  managers and coaches on your team.
•  
• Financial support is always needed...support fund
  drives, sponsor requests...we are a
  tax-deductible organization.
•  
• We need dreamers....folks who want to work on new
  field development or how/where we can find or
  build an indoor facility.  We need folks to help
  with future planning, so that one day we have a
  DSC office and we can really reach out to all
  children in this community to play soccer. 
• Encourage everyone to learn as much as possible
  about soccer, being a good soccer
  parent....mention Internet resources.
