System build
  • Detailed analysis of core pharmacy practices has
    helped define the key system parameters.
  • Pharmacists from the RAH, FMC, TQEH and LMH have
    spent months building a standard state based
    system.

Super user training
  • August 2008
  • key users from the RAH, FMC, and TQEH were
    trained as Super Users (local system experts).
  • Following RAH implementation, further super user
    training will be conducted for all of the other
    hospitals.

  • September / October 2008
  • over 100 Pharmacy staff were trained in all
    iPharmacy and PharmCare functions.
  • Feedback from the sessions was very positive and
    enthusiastic.
