10System build
- Detailed analysis of core pharmacy practices has
helped define the key system parameters. - Pharmacists from the RAH, FMC, TQEH and LMH have
spent months building a standard state based
system.
11Super user training
- August 2008
- key users from the RAH, FMC, and TQEH were
trained as Super Users (local system experts). - Following RAH implementation, further super user
training will be conducted for all of the other
hospitals.
12System training for the RAH
- September / October 2008
- over 100 Pharmacy staff were trained in all
iPharmacy and PharmCare functions. - Feedback from the sessions was very positive and
enthusiastic.
