Buckle Up Resources

• Serves as the primary resource on child passenger
  safety initiatives, dealer relations, mobile car
  seat check up vans, inspection stations and check
  up events
• Develops, implements and evaluates child
  passenger safety training tools, review and edit
  technical components internal and external
• Serves as the liaisons to corporate, federal and
  foundation partners such as NHTSA, CPS Board, Car
  Seat Manufacturers
• Assists in the development of educational
  materials for child passenger safety (e.g.,
  brochures, videos, fact sheets)
• East and West Coast staff primarily supporting
  coalitions with local and national child
  passenger safety initiatives

• Leading U.S. program educating families about the
  importance of properly restraining kids on every
  ride
• 119 Mobile Car Seat Check Up Vans bring child
  passenger safety resources to families
• 75 Child Safety Seat Inspection Stations have
  permanent locations with regular hours
• Results Nearly 18,000 events, with 660,000 seats
  checked
