Boys and girls, I have a big surprise for you
all..

Oh, whats that?
Let me see!

What this man is holding is an incubator and for
the next six weeks we will be watching baby
chicks hatch.

The classroom went wild. The children ran up to
the incubator to take a peek.

Crunch!
Look something is happening

A new chick is born.

Everyone, come take a look.

Everything will be ok. There are so many others
to play with and its not fair to them for you to
be upset.
The students examine the newly hatched chick.
Within a couple of days all the chicks hatched
except one, which was upsetting for the children.

The students watched the chicks grow and develop
for the next six weeks. They held them, fed
them, and played with them.
