  • The Christmas season is one of the most
    celebrated events in Italian culture full of many
    festive traditions.

  • 3/4 cup diced citron
  • 1/4 cup dark raisins
  • 1/4 cup white raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon peel
  • 1 tsp/ vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces yeast

  • 6 egg yolks 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sweet butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
