City of Harrisburg - Challenge was how to revitalize area and
capitalize on redevelopment opportunities of
former campus - Paxton St. was a one-way state highway that made
access and traffic circulation difficult

Swatara Township, and PennDOT - Local funds used for all pre-construction
activities - Re-established two-way traffic on Paxton St. and
created new and improved access to TecPort Center

Additional 1,500 jobs planned in the future.
