18 Surplus Computer Donations
- Agency makes donation arrangements previous to
registration with Dyntek - Dyntek will check with DGS Surplus Manager Alvin
Hatcher to confirm eligibility of donee (this
step not required for public schools) - Dyntek will ensure completion of Donation form
and submit to DGS Surplus
19 Computer Equipment to Surplus Warehouse
- Agency handles computer wipe
- --normal process hard drives must
- accompany computer.
- Agency uses Dyntek for data cleaning
- and transportation to warehouse.
- Dyntek coordinates delivery with warehouse staff.
