  • DGS will email agency and Dyntek with
  • approval notification, and services
    can begin.

Surplus Computer Donations
  • Agency makes donation arrangements previous to
    registration with Dyntek
  • Dyntek will check with DGS Surplus Manager Alvin
    Hatcher to confirm eligibility of donee (this
    step not required for public schools)
  • Dyntek will ensure completion of Donation form
    and submit to DGS Surplus

Computer Equipment to Surplus Warehouse
  • Agency handles computer wipe
  • --normal process hard drives must
  • accompany computer.
  • Agency uses Dyntek for data cleaning
  • and transportation to warehouse.
  • Dyntek coordinates delivery with warehouse staff.
