• Cirrus founded in 1984
• Developed VK-30 kit plane in 1988
• Began development of ST50 in 1992
• Production SR20 deliveries begin July 1999
• Cirrus expands product line with SR22
  certification in November 2000
• Crescent/FIIB financing complete August 2001
• July 2002 production reaches 2/day
• July 2004 production rate increased to 12/week
