additional characteristics that are mentioned in
the appendix to the IEC document. Describe
phase-angle jump in more detail 3. Additional
methods for three-phase measurements ? proposal
introduce three-phase measurements as a special
case of multi-phase measurements. 4. Overlap
with (scope of) IEEE 1159 ? proposal add to IEEE
1564 what we need even if it falls under the
1159 scope. Remove from 1564 when the
